What to do now:

1) Check your mail for the download link for the meditation.

2) Download the meditation to your iPod or mp3 player, so you can have it with you wherever you go.

3) Choose a place where you can be undisturbed during the 13 minutes or so that the meditation lasts.

4) Lie on the floor a thin mattress or a pair of folded blankets. Place a small pillow under your head, and if needed elevate your lower legs. Cover yourself with a blanket so you do not get cold.

5) You should be comfortable, and then simply follow the instructions, allowing your thoughts to slow down. Notice how feelings of inner peace and calmness begin to replace stress and tension.

6) Listen to the meditation once or more every day. I prefer to do it early in the morning or in the evening just before sleeping.

In order to cope with the grief after pet loss and begin moving forward towards feelings of inner peace, calmness and contentment, you need to take a little time for yourself every day and do this meditation. I use it every day, and it makes a huge difference.
