[Carried On The Wings Of Love—Angel Cat Rocky-Megan] In this podcast episode, I share a Sacred Spirit Journey I did to connect with Sophia’s angel cat, Rocky-Megan. I did this Journey on July 5, 2025.


As I begin the Sacred Spirit Journey to connect with Sophia’s angel cat Rocky-Megan, I get an image of him on the beautiful beach that I often travel to in my journeys.

I feel the deep emotions of Sophia’s love for him, and the grief of his passing. I am also reminded of the sacredness of the task I have of connecting the two of them: Sophia here, Rocky-Megan in spirit.

I then see my angel cat Peace sitting on the beach, looking out over the water as he often does when I meet him here in a journey. He is radiant and embodies his name so well. He holds the sacred peace that is needed to heal, to connect.

I am on the beach now, and I walk towards Peace with the sea on my right side. Rocky-Megan is there too. Like me, he is drawn to the sacred energy our Peace holds.

We reach Peace, greet him warmly, and he smiles to us with deep love.

We sit beside Peace, me on his right side, Rocky-Megan on his left side. The light around Peace is a Divine white-golden light.

As I sit here, I instantly sink into deep stillness and peace. A place where only the Now exists and where I feel we are held in love. A knowing that all is well. I silently thank Peace.

I look over at Rocky-Megan, and I see how he little by little absorbs the healing light and energy of this place. He looks younger, stronger, healthy, and radiant. His fur is magnificent, and his eyes so beautiful you can lose yourself in them.

He smiles and says, “I am ready for Sophia to come.”

In that moment, we see Sophia come walking towards us further down on the beach on Rocky-Megan’s side. As he turns and looks at Sophia, she sees his eyes and his light and recognizes him. She would recognize him anywhere.

Sophia immediately feels their strong heart and soul bond; the deep connection between them that nothing can break. She sighs deeply, and feels a peace she hasn’t felt in what feels like a long time.

Sophia reaches us and embraces Rocky-Megan. He is so happy to see her. Connecting with him gives Sophia a feeling of home; that familiar feeling of being whole, the way he has always made her feel. Sophia sits down by him with a hand resting on him, looking at him, and then turns her head to look out over the vast sea.

The water is still, and the sunlight is shining on the water, so it sparkles and glistens. Magical!


Rocky-Megan says:

“This is truly a magical moment. You and I reconnected. You and I here in this healing, sacred place.

I am so grateful that you reached out to me. I have waited for you, waited so I could tell you how much I love you. How much I have always loved you and always will love you; unconditionally, from deep within my heart and soul.

When I see you, I see not only the outside, I see your light, your heart, your soul, the beautiful Divine soul that is you and which is connected so naturally to mine. Two souls on a journey through the universe. Many journeys, but throughout it all, we are always connected, and we will always find each other.

Thank you, my sweet friend, for all the love, for your dedication to me, for caring for me, for letting me into your life and having a place in your heart.

We had so many good times and had each other to lean on in challenging times. Know that I am still there for you when you need me. Just call on me. You know in your heart that I love you more than anything in the world.

Release the guilt you struggle so much with. You didn’t let me down. Pain or no pain, I wanted to be with you at home, in our place. Life is not always easy, but when you feel love and know you are loved, it is easy to see beyond the pain, to see the Divine, the Love, the Gratitude.

I passed with gratitude in my heart, and with your love holding me. You may feel you let me down, but I felt your love, that deep love that doesn’t go away, even when you feel fear or pain.”

I focused on my love for you and yours for me, so I was carried on the wings of love into the Light where it is so beautiful.”

I am fine, very fine, as you can see. Especially now that we have connected and I know you will be okay.


What you can do for me is what you can also do for you: Release the guilt and the pain. Imagine the waves of the sea carrying all your pain with them when they go back out into the sea, and imagine the strength, healing and energy filling you when the waves touch the shore. The same with the breath. You can use the in-breath and the out-breath in the same way.

Revisit this journey and meet me here again when you feel inspired. Or, use your intuition to connect with me in other ways. I am always around, so I hear your call.

If you close your eyes and reach out a hand, can’t you almost feel me, like you used to touch me? I know it’s not the same, but it’s still me, and I am still near. Will you take a walk with me?”

Sophia says, “Thank you so much, Rocky-Megan. Yes, I would love to walk with you.”

They get up, and side by side, they walk along the beach. It is late afternoon, so the light is more soft and golden. They see birds flying and dolphins swimming far out at sea.

Suddenly, they alight and fly out over the water accompanied by some graceful cranes. It is an absolutely magical experience. They not only fly over the sea, but over many beautiful landscapes with many animals.

We come to what the cranes say is their home country.

An old woman is sitting close to the beach painting. She smiles as she looks up as Sophia and Rocky-Megan land and walk toward her.

“I have been expecting you,” the old woman says to Sophia and Rocky-Megan, and she shows them her painting. It is a painting showing the two of them flying over the sea and landscape.

“Wow,” Sophia says, “That is so beautiful and special.”

“It’s yours,” says the woman.

“Really?” Sophia asks.

“Really,” the woman says, “I would like you to have it.”

Sophia takes the painting and thanks the old woman for the precious gift. Sophia looks at Rocky-Megan, and he says:

“Take it home and hang it up. I will see it when I visit you. Besides, I will keep this experience in my heart and soul forever.

Thank you. I will treasure this experience and you all. My heart is full.”

As Rocky-Megan says that, a big angel comes and greets him lovingly. The angel asks, “Are you ready?”

Rocky-Megan says, “Yes, I am ready” – and to Sophia he says, “But I will be back. Walk home in peace, my dear, and keep this experience in your heart, like I do.”

“I will, Rocky-Megan, I will. Always. I love you with all my heart and soul.”

Sophia watches Rocky-Megan and the angel disappear into the Light.

Sophia says thanks again and goodbye to the old woman. Holding the painting close to her heart, she thinks of home, and instantly she is home.

Sophia looks at the painting and smiles.

“Thank you, Rocky-Megan, for this gift. Meeting you and sharing my life with you was the greatest gift I could have ever received. You have taught me about love, about life, about myself, and especially about gratitude. Loving unconditionally. That’s what you did and taught me. I will keep your wisdom alive in my heart. Bless you, my sweet friend.”

With that, I say goodbye, and end the journey.
