How Pinterest images can be healing after pet loss

How often do you see an image as beautiful as this one?

And not just because it’s a photo of a cute kitten sitting in a window next to a vase with roses. Also as a photo it’s stunning. I find its soft beauty peaceful, uplifting and inspiring.

It’s a picture like this which can lift your mood on a sad or gloomy day, for instance when you are grieving the loss of a beloved pet and life feels empty, and sometimes hopeless.

Stumbling upon a photo like this can bring the smile back on your face and remind you how much beauty there is in this world.

That can be enough to ease the pain after the death of your pet, at least temporarily. And as you let go of the grief and pain for a little while, you will also find it easier to think of your deceased pet without overwhelming grief and sadness. In stead the magical image of the kitten can reconnect you with the love and the happy memories you have of your own pet.

When you allow beauty, love and magic to re-enter your life, the future looks more hopeful and bright.
