[A short life, but a full life – message from angel dog Bob] In this podcast episode, I share a Sacred Spirit Journey I did to connect with Alli’s angel dog Bob. I did this Journey on July 16, 2025.


As I begin the Sacred Spirit Journey to connect with Alli’s angel dog Bob, I experience being filled with Divine light, expanding far beyond the body.

I notice in the Divine light, a little blue ball rolling towards me; tennis ball size.

I look up and see Bob sitting before me, smiling with his eyes and with his whole being. He is very beautiful, his love so pure, unconditional, Divine. Tears well up in me as I think how sad it was Bob passed at such a young age, only two years old.

Bob comes close to me, touches his head to mine and says:

“It may have been a short life I had, but I lived a full life. I lived with my body, heart and soul, and I shared all the love and joy my soul brought forth with those I love and those I met.”


“I have no regrets, for my family loved me and cared for me as the family member I was.

Our souls were family. We all knew and felt that. We belonged together.

I was happy. Truly happy. How many can say that? How many live as fully and unconditionally as I did? I want my life to be an example, an inspiration to others, so they don’t waste precious time, but instead live with their hearts open, and generously share love and joy. That is my mission, my legacy.”

“That is so beautiful,” I hear a voice say. It is Alli who has joined us in our place of light. She beams with love and joy as she sees Bob. The love she has for Bob is so deep and pure that she easily connects with us in this Divine light.

Alli and Bob exchange hugs and kisses, and play awhile. Alli throws the ball. Bob runs after it, and brings it back for more.

As I slowly become accustomed to being in the Divine light, I notice that we are in a nature landscape. A large meadow with blue sky, sunshine, and birds singing. It is a magical place on a magical day.

We walk across the meadow and hear water running. As we come closer, we see a little spring with very clear water. Bob drinks the water and encourages us to do the same. It is purer than any water I have ever seen and tasted.

We then notice something in the water. It is big, stunningly beautiful crystal that looks like light blue celestite.

Alli takes the crystal up from the water and holds it in her hands. Peace comes over her face, and she says: “I love this crystal. It brings me peace of mind and healing to my heart.”

Bob says, “Then take it home with you. It was waiting for you.”

Alli says: “Thank you so much, my sweet Bob. I will take it home with me and treasure it, and always remember my life with you and our meeting today. Thank you for everything. I love you, and I always will, with all my heart.”


Bob says:

“I love you too – both of you – with all my heart and soul. My heart is filled with gratitude for the many good times we had. Every day was a magical day. Every day I looked forward to getting up and interacting with you.

I loved being part of your life. Being by your side was my favorite thing. I am so thankful for my wonderful family. That gratitude follows me here in the Light. Thank you for finding me, for making me part of your family; opening your hearts to me.

Since you visited me once now, you can visit me again. In your dreams, in meditation, in your imagination. It all counts. Just set your intention and call on me, and I am by your side.

Whether you are sad or happy, I want to share and hold you in my love. I can make it better when you hurt, and I can celebrate with you when you are glad and good things happen.

I am your best friend who sees your heart and soul and the beautiful light that shines within you. Share that light. The world needs it.”


“When you go home now, go with peace and with joy in your heart. I am well, and our love is thriving. Our love lasts forever.”

Alli bends down, embraces Bob, and thanks him for his beautiful message and his love.

A big white horse comes and greets them. The horse says:

“I have come to take you home.”

Surprised but happy, Alli thanks the horse and jumps up on its back.

She looks at Bob, and he jumps up too.

Then the horse walks with them both back to Alli’s home.

In front of the door, they get off and thank the horse. Alli leans her head against the horse’s neck and feels the love and strength of the horse. There is a close bond between them.

Horse says, “Just call on me, and I will be by your side. That goes for both of you.”

Bob says, “I will leave with horse, now that we have seen you home safe and sound. Be well, my friend, I love you, always.”

Bob jumps up on horse again, and they walk off.

Alli waves to them, smiling. She is holding the blue crystal close to her heart.

“Goodbye, Bob,” she says. “Thanks for everything.”

I give thanks, say goodbye, and end the journey.

I just wanted to thank you deeply for the message you brought back from Bob. It meant more to me than I can fully express in words. Knowing he’s still with me in spirit and feeling that connection again has brought me so much comfort and peace.

Your gift and the love you put into this journey are truly sacred. I’m so grateful for the care, presence, and intention you brought into this. Thank you for helping me feel close to him again.
