[Meeting Fritz the angel dog in his sacred place] In this podcast episode, I share a Sacred Spirit Journey I did to connect with Nicholette’s angel dog, Fritz. I did this Journey on September 6, 2025.

The background for this afterlife meeting with angel dog Fritz was a Sacred Spirit Journey I had done to connect with Nicholette’s angel dogs Fritz and Sanaya. It was a powerful and beautiful journey, and both dogs got to pass on messages to their beloved human companion. However, as it sometimes happens when you meet two pets in one journey, one of them may want to pass on an extra message afterwards, which was the case with Fritz.
I usually connect with pets individually, but there are cases where pets may show up spontaneously. Or, I may call upon them; it is very individual.
The following is what happened as I connected with Fritz:
Since doing the Sacred Spirit Journey for Nicholette and her angel dogs Fritz and Sanaya, I have felt that there is more that Fritz has to say than there was time for in the journey.
It was my intention to make that extra connection today, but before I did it, I decided to go for an early morning walk. It had been raining and it was still a bit misty but now the sun was beginning to come up and shine through. There was mist or dew on the plants as I began my walk, and I saw many spider webs covered in dew. They looked magical.
The way the sky looked with the sun shining through the clouds reminded me of the ‘Dawn Watcher’ card from Lucy Cavendish’s ‘Hidden Worlds Oracle Cards’ with art by Gilbert Williams.
Coming home from the walk, I decide to make the connection with Fritz.
I experience myself sitting on the beach by the water an early morning at sunrise. It is peaceful, beautiful, with fresh air and sunshine.
Beside me is Fritz. He looks absolutely beautiful and radiant as he sits calmly beside me on my left side. Radiating peace, love, and light. It is an honor to be in his presence.
“Thank you,” Fritz says as he turns and looks at me with a smile in his eyes. “I did have a bit more to say, but the journey wasn’t the time or place. This is.
I do feel at peace, especially now after the Sacred Spirit Journey where we met Nicholette, and she knows that I and Sanaya are with her.
As I sit here, I feel that my soul and energy are expanding and merging with the Divine, or that I function as a conduit or holder of the Divine Light.
As I sit here, I find it easy to embody Divine Peace, Divine Love, and radiate light – and it is my wish and intention, that my presence and radiance can be a safe, sacred place for Nicholette. She can feel held by my love for her.
Tell her to come sit by me on this beach, and to let the magic and wonder of this place rejuvenate her, heal her, and connect her with her soul and the sacred purpose she has and bravely pursues.
Tell her that I am here for her, anytime.
I love her with all my heart and soul, till the end of time.”
I give thanks to Fritz and promise to pass on the message to Nicholette.
Fritz then gives me a beautiful photo of him sitting on the beach. I thank him and promise to give the photo to Nicholette.
As soon as I hold the photo in my hands, I find myself at Nicholette’s place. She comes, greets me, and I give her his photo. As she holds it, his message plays, and she hears and feels it. Nicholette is moved by his message and thanks Fritz.
In that moment, a ray of sun shines right on Nicholette’s face, as if she is being blessed.
“She is,” I hear Fritz say.
I give thanks, say goodbye and end the connection.
Besides sharing the beautiful meeting with angel dog Fritz, I also wanted to point out the importance of listening to and following your intuition (as I did when I felt I needed to connect with Fritz again), and I want to mention that in their messages for their human companions, the pets often share ways their humans can connect with them, like Fritz does here. A meditation could be a way Nicholette could connect with Fritz on his special beach. Listen within and ask yourself: “How can I connect with my pet in the afterlife”, and pay attention to what comes up.
