You will always be my special angel

[You will always be my special angel] In this podcast episode, I share a Sacred Spirit Journey I did to connect with Sarah’s angel dog, Mr. Carson. I did this Journey on June 21, 2025.


As I begin the Sacred Spirit Journey to connect with Sarah’s angel dog Mr Carson, I think of the beautiful photo of him, and of the purity and kindness in his face.

If ever there were angels on Earth, Mr Carson was certainly one of them.

As I think that, I suddenly see Mr Carson come walking towards me, joyfully, wagging his tail, wearing little angel wings.

Mr. Carson smiles and greets me warmly, and referring to the angel wings, he says:

“I thought Sarah might like them. I like to put a smile on her face. On all of them. The joy and love I carried and embodied, was a blessing and a gift I loved to share with my family and other good friends. That was my mission, my purpose.

Life is not always easy for humans, so they have us to remind them to return to joy, to love—and that peace which is waiting within them. It is not something to seek on the outside. Peace starts within.

If you go within your heart, you will find me there in the midst of Divine Light. I hold the love for you, I bring the joy to you, I help you enter peace with my mere presence.”

I then hear, “Yes, you do.”

It is Sarah who has arrived. She goes to Mr Carson, embraces him and says:

“I have missed you so. I love you. We all do, and I love your little angel wings. Very fitting. You will always be my special angel. You look good. Are you happy?”

Mr Carson beams at Sarah and says:

“I am very happy, for here in the light, there is no separation between my heart and yours. We are so close on a soul level that it feels as if we are one. That is because the love our hearts consists of, is Divine Love.

When you connect with the Divine in someone, you connect with the essence of everything. When you are aligned with the Divine, you are aligned with your soul’s purpose, and with me.

Thank you for the time we spent together, for the many good memories, for always standing by my side, for staying with me till the end and beyond.

Thank you from my heart for reaching out to me today. You followed your heart, your intuition. Keep doing that. That is one of the most important things you will learn and do, to trust and follow your heart.”


“You can also use that to connect with me. To center in your heart, let the outside world go for a moment, and experience the space, the light and peace that is in your heart. Call my name, and notice how my peace will show up. How do I show up to you when you call me from your heart?

I was always by your side. I still am.

I watch over you all and send you all my eternal and unconditional love. A love that transcends time and space. A love that is Divine.

If you tire of the world, and seek some goodness, think of me and let me hold you in my love. Let us stay together for a while until mind and heart are calm and at peace. Until you get a glimpse of the feeling that goodness and kindness do exist, that true love does exist, that the Divine walks with you every day.

Animals have a direct connection with the Divine, flowers do too. They both share their beauty and light freely. Accept it, and share also your love and your kindness, and walk in faith, in peace, in strength. I have your back and keep your heart’s light strong.

My path is in the Light now, but I visit you often, and you can visit me too, in spirit, in dreams, in your imagination.

When you go for your walks, you can invite me to join you, and we will share a sacred walk and experience the sacred connection we have once again.

Thank you so, my sweet family. I will love you forever.”

Sarah is moved by Mr Carson’s message and gives him a hug.

We then notice that we are on a nature path, and that on the one side is the sea. We are on a high cliff, so we can look far out over the water.

Looking out over the sea brings peace and calm to heart and soul. It gives perspective, and a glimpse into the eternal sacred nature of the bond between those who love with a pure heart.

Mr Carson is one who has a pure heart, and he inspires us to strive to be like him. He brings hope and a feeling that all will be well.

The last thing Mr Carson says before we say goodbye is:

“Trust your heart as you trust me.”

Sarah says, “Thank you. I will try. With you by my side, I know I can do it. Will I see you again?”

Mr Carson says, “Of course. Anytime you want. Send my love to the others. I love them too, so very much.”

A rainbow appears from high up in the sky out over the sea, ending in front of Mr Carson, along with a big angel, greeting Mr Carson as if they know each other.

“We do,” Mr Carson says.

Mr Carson is not alone. He is radiant, beautiful, and together with the impressive angel. They both smile to us before walking up on the rainbow.

The sky opens, and they enter the Light.

As the opening closes behind them, we see a little white feather falling down to us, and Sarah catches it. She thanks Mr Carson and the angel, and holds the feather close to her heart.

I say thanks and goodbye to her, and we all walk home in peace. I end the journey.
